When the time is right and you are ready to make the move to a new environment we can help:
Planning
- Complimentary 1 hour consultation
- Site visit of current residence
- Written relocation plan and timetable or a plan to age in place
- New residence floor plans
- Agent and point of contact for all services
Moving
- Schedule, oversee and manage the entire move
- Provide professional packing and shipping
- Manage the disposition and allocation of possessions to family, sale, charity, and disposal
- Refer, interview and supervise Movers, Appraisers, Estate Sale staff and more
- Miscellaneous: utilities transfer, document shredding
Move-In
- Help with unpacking, organization and furniture placement
- Assist with barrier-free design for new residence
- Communicate address change to friends, family and businesses
Home Sale
- Refer Realtor, home appraisal, and contractor referrals and supervision
- Offer home staging preparation for sale and Open Houses
- We are advocates for our clients
The "Process" for a complete relocation:
Step 1: Call for complimentary one hour consultation
Step 2: After the one hour consultation, proceed with a chargeable (flat fee) customized plan including timelines, activities and list of suppliers to provide services for the relocation.
Step 3: Determine the services that STS will contractually provide and complete a work order, as agreed. Deposit will be required.
Step 4: Choose suppliers to provide specific services required. Some of these services need to be quoted by the vendor and therefore may need to visit the resident. All these suppliers will be paid directly by the client, on their specific terms.
Step 5: Sort, pack, organize, de-clutter and move into new residence.
Step 6: Stage and sell house.
Each Client will have different needs and the process may vary depending on their needs.
